Wendy Gorton

Having been a valued Member of Peter Fisher since 1996 and with a Class 1 Agent license covering Real Estate and Leasing, Business Broking, and Stock and Station, Wendy brings extensive experience and local knowledge to her leadership role. Her journey in real estate began during a work experience placement where she was offered a job – and she’s never looked back.

As an Orange local through and through, Wendy was born and raised in the area and has remained here throughout her career. Her deep connection to the community and comprehensive understanding of the local market makes her an invaluable asset to both clients and the team.

What Wendy loves most about Orange is experiencing all four seasons and taking advantage of the area’s natural beauty – from walks around Lake Canobolas to exploring the renowned local wineries. When she’s not managing properties or leading the office, Wendy enjoys gardening, walking, and has recently taken up crochet and embroidery as new creative pursuits.

Family and community are central to Wendy’s life. She shares her home with her husband Don and is delighted that both of their children have returned to Orange after university. After nearly 20 years of dedicated service on the Waratah Junior Soccer Committee, Wendy has recently retired from that role but remains involved with Waratah Senior Soccer, where her son plays A grade and her husband serves as Registrar.

The family has recently welcomed a new addition – Rupert, her son’s Labrador puppy. At home, Wendy and Don enjoy feeding and watching the local birds, finding joy in the simple pleasures of country life.

With her combination of professional expertise, community involvement, and genuine care for others, Wendy ensures that every property management experience is handled with personal attention and local insight.
